Scottish Software Awards 2007

The Scottish Software Awards gala presentation ceremony took place in November 2007 at the Radisson SAS hotel in Glasgow. The event celebrated the very best of the Scottish software industry and attracted a record number of entries as well as high profile sponsors. Keynote speaker on the night was Ian Ritchie CBE. The event was sponsored and hosted by Targeting Innovation Ltd in association with Straightline Publishing, and the awards trophies were supplied and engraved by Uppermost Business Gifts. These included a superb crystal winner's trophy specially commissioned for the overall Scottish Software Award. Individual category trophies consisted of flat crystal awards in a 'summit' design. Each award was sponsored, with sponsors ranging from Barclays Wealth and Microsoft to Scottish Enterprise (full list of winners, nominees and sponsors appears below right).
